Try clear data, re-login shopee app, they got lot of data corrupted issues, facing some like the bank payment page can't load, but fine on chrome which is the webview.

Better uninstall and install to ensure the APK also clean without corrupted, and latest version.

If still not allowed, go check your phone certified or not, if not, then it can be bootloader unlocked or rooted or unofficial ROM.

Why?
Because they want you to go out and spend for those retail shop that closed for months.

How?
Just like TnG ewallet rebate voucher, it is either limited to retail shop, or online platform, so it is already set all the seller whether retail or online, when they sign up as partner.

Or just simple, list out all the shop that is under online platform, for example, lazada is ecart company as shop name, so just list it into online category, other than that shop, the other is retail shops, but it is not a good practice la, so they should not be doing this in their current system.

Anyways, TnG will be open at 8 AM(based on count down), those voucher is First come First serve, be ready for it.

Yup, I am collecting information from 3 ewallet, and it seem like Only transfer and cash out is disabled.

I guess gov asked them, and decided it should be valid for most instead of retail shop.

Based on more info on their ewallet website, instead of forcing customers to pay to retail shop, they are promoting seller to joins Online Platform which extend their reach to more customers.
