First time use Ninja Van and WTF the parcel out for delivery 2 days in a row but still not arrive. Meanwhile my other parcel from farther state arrive first.

Never again.

Finally received mine on 3rd days out for delivery lol, after I complain kuat kuat.
I don't mind if they are slow but don't put out for delivery if u cannot make it, management so shit.

Well, one should always read the T&C, for eg. it is possible that not every station is participate in this and the one that do maybe too far away from you.

According to the T&C
