this is third time my purchases didn't get credited on Cashback app. I was pretty sure I logged in the app first to get into Shopee. Lazada app no problem tho all credited like usual but Shopee is hit and miss

Finally managed to check out around 1.30am using ShopeePay. I missed RM8 voucher discount all fully redeemed edy. But seller replaced with 800 coins cashback.
Very glitchy one second you can see the free shipping voucher then another second it's gone. When I clicked pay suddenly got warning "There's new update price of your items please check back your cart blablabla" but I just clicked pay again and it worked.

Turns out 3 items I checked out reduced prices edy so overall I saved around RM3. Didn't know anything about flash or shocking sale actually I just wanted to check out before my items been sold out.

Kena same thing on my 2 parcels I received the message yesterday. But when I asked sellers about it both saying they didn't manage to send parcels out for picking by Poslaju due to order overload after 11.11 so they asked me to be patient they will try to ship ASAP.

This morning checked again both sudah picked up Poslaju Penang. If you're not sure better ask the seller first and see if they have pack and ship the parcel.

Local parcels all arrived edy. Bought quite a lot of items from China seller last 11.11 but stuck. I understand they can delay up until 2 weeks but oh well really hope they can deliver mine asap.

The ones I've been dealing with so far no problems. Bought cheap toiletries and knick knacks from many China sellers. Except one time kena by one seller purposely sending wrong and incomplete items but she agreed to refund. Bad experience with that shop yeah.

I also received wrong stuff last 2 weeks from China seller certified as Mall official store. But they agreed to send back the correct ones and asked me to keep the wrong items as gifts. Good service.

Yes Shopee will hold the payment until you sendiri confirm have received all your items correctly. If not, please don't click Received immediately I saw many making this mistake and then bising2 at reviews. Check first if you're not happy raise dispute immediately.

Got insurance? For items above RM2000 I won't dare to buy online no guts to take the risk let one shipping from overseas.

Easiest way for me is to check first where the item is going to ship from. Even the shop is official or O.S read again the bottom of the name if it says Overseas then it's China or Korea shop.

I did offer to return back wrongly sent items I received from official China shop but the customer service asked many screenshots of those items and consignment note outside of the parcel.
Few hours later she dear dear me apologized for wrong labeling of parcel and offered if I want replacement a.k.a buy another product at any price from their shop again and they will ship back all my correct items together with it.

Tbh I was really suspicious at first especially when the CS asked me to retrieve back my dispute so they can file to Shopee resend with new order. Surprisingly this time no response whatsoever from Shopee like usual maybe because it's involving official/mall shop I dunno.

After 1 week I got all my items correctly. Together with the wrongly sent items that they told me to keep as gift. 😂

My case can be considered as lucky anyway nevertheless sometimes it still gives me headache and worries when shopping with China shops. So please be careful guys.

Another thing to look out for,read the reviewer name and picture. Some CN shop has same reviewer giving different comments together with 5 stars rating. I always avoid such shop.

Mcb codes all gone after 2 seconds. Not talking about the RM50 these are not even famous shops discount RM6 only but mcb all buyers sapu edy!

Didn't chase the RM50 voucher I know all gone in one second. But these discount RM6 only each but when I reached payment page all redeemed like wtf.

How to grab that RM3 Shopee voucher from Farming tree lol. I saw many planted but when I tried to change seed at 12 pm it greyed out. Is it limited also?
