What happen to all those free shipping over rm40 goods?one of the shop I wanted get product it stated free shipping over rm40. I try free shipping voucher can't be used. Then try go plain without voucher it shows rm5 pos laju fee.

Edit: nvm manage to claim free shipping for rm40. VISAFRI14 code needs rm150 spent Urg I going in without code.

Shopee needs to cleanup fakes. It's bad enough they tend to side with seller any issue but allowing fakes to be sold then what will happen side with fake seller? Of cos most of us won't be buying this kinda of obvious fakes but some ppl might

I personally got fuck by seller. I didn't have time give rating last year. On last day he gave me 1 star and block me. I told Shopee. The idiot support says I as seller should expect such thing and won't help until I spam their fb and scold their tel support the reverse seller rating. But since I didn't get to rate that bastard his acct still shows 5 star

What the fuck is shopeepay they keep Insist I activate it. The one or not game when and refund to it.

I paid using fpx or debit Wtf they refund there and won't fix for me. Can anything be done about my rm2 😅

Issue is I don't intent to activate any ewallet for either lazada or Shopee. I never realised they refund fpx to ewallet. This issue was their problem 9.9 my kwik and Maybank cards don't work. Like that I am screwed out of rm2

If I don't activate next 10.10 new future refund will my 9.9 rm2 goes missing if another refund goes there still unactivated? If not why activate 😅😭. I don't like using ewallet I am worried harder to take out money. I rather any refund goes straight to bank for ease of mind. Maybe I am old skool.

Pos Laju doing courier of my towels decided get from seller in Mainland Penang instead of going to customer in Penang Island it goes to Kuantan 😬🙄 I know last time they sent to KL or or something before sent back but past couple weeks all Penang seller stuffs directly comes to me after short sorting in Penang.

Anyone remember 11.11 towel? We get cheap but turns out thin right? I review says thin but still gives 5 star and I also said Pg seller to Pg buyer pos laju ship to Kuantan before returning to Pg but my review is now hidden as inappropriate? Who decide this? Seller? Shopee? Should I be worried or ignore this?

As long no punishment / bad rating on me as buyer I don't care. I am asking because in past 1 seller gave me 1 star for not reviewing them I had to chase support to cancel his rating.

What a useless support.

No that 1 star issue was last year I manage to get that changed. Shopee at first email me as if I am seller telling me I need to take the 1 star as buyers have right give me 1 star. 🙄 The damn support was so blind can't even read I was buyer. I even sent them seller screenshot of threats before they blacklist/ignored me and rate me exactly as rating expires. I had to spam their fb and call Shopee directly scold them.

I emailed shopee regarding why my review was deem inappropriate because live chat fail to answer me they claim go check and after 15mins closed chat when I tried asking twice.



Claims either picture or comment was inappropriate Wtf. Picture was towel and packaging. I never use vulgar words or curse. I only stated towel was thin and courier instead of sending within Penang between buyer and seller my goods was sent to Kuantan before returning back. I even gave 5 star rating because it was cheap. How was that inappropriate?
