Shopee had changed d way of distributing monthly free shipping voucher. Some got less n some got more. Active user like me only received 1 rm15 fsv, 1 rm15 or rm40 fsv n 1 rm40 mall fsv. Although Shopee do release some daily fsv which can be utilized at 12am, 12pm n 8pm but it always 100% used in a second. Besides, I suspect these daily fsv also retrict to certain members who fulfill their term n condition. I tried so hard to grab but none of it successful. But my friend who received more fsv had no issue.

I ordered this laptop cable but it exceeded delivery date. I immediately raised refund/dispute since I already bought somewhere else and received faster.

This laptop cable eventually *arrived past due date and I did not open it. Will shopee allow me to return the unopened package?

So far only activity in the dispute tab is seller rejecting on basis that the item still gets delivered.

*I tried to contact the courier to not sending the late delivery to me but mesej tak layan and the package was left in my mailbox anyway

It could be from local warehouse. Many China Official Stores already have local warehouse in Malaysia nowadays.

Been there done that.

They gone from bad (before 6.17) to terrible now (3 parcels 5 days no updates), LOL…

JnT on the other hand still can consistently push for 1-2 days delivery, both from same store.

CityLink took their sweet time to travel interstates, but it get delivered quickly after parcel inbound to the town. Also at least their tracking is active.

For NinjaVan, each hub transit can take days, with no updates in between. The last mile delivery also need to see their moods and may “out for delivery” for few days, still fail to deliver, KEK.

I also noticed Ninjavan is quite bad. Like if they failed to meet delivery target but must put some justification, twice in a row I saw they wrote “customer address in gated community unable to enter”. Yeah right. Rumah kampung where got security gate.

shopee so called standard delivery ... asked some seller before they said even they cannot choose..
just wondering if they input few delivery courier and shoppe random pick or what ..
really tak boleh pakai punya ninja ,, when i saw shipping by ninja i know up car already ..
pickup also 2 days .. then tracking now show shipped to different direction (suppose to north but went south)..

taiwan seller ship out very fast compare to china.

Err..... it has got nothing to do with country right? It all depends on the seller. I have items from China that reach me in 7 days. And I have local sellers that ship out items after 5 days.

My experience with CityLink so far is one sat at their sorting facility for a week til I called them to check, complain to Shopee then only the escalated delivery.

Now another package existence is unknown because the last update was 9 days ago and it's still at the drop off point. Complaint to seller and Shopee already. Requested for refund it's long past delivery date. So now they are investigating and say will provide an update in 3-5 days.

Does shopee remove courier tracking? Anyone able to track parcel?

Same issue here, unable to track all the products including past orders.

Same, I can't see tracking. Stupid CSR asked me to clear cache, uninstall/reinstall, remove my phone sim card. Jump all the hoops and it seems the issue is at their end. Calling to blast them now!
