A cheapskate and typical marketing tactic. RM25 deal it doesn't exist like RM1. Deal was sold out before it start. This is how they always used to be 'Misleading and false advertisement'. We should report this to MCMC.

Hi guys, if i bought an item and applied 10% coin cashback voucher, then after received the item, requested partial refund as compensation due to defects, will i still get 10% coins cashback on the net purchase price?

The voucher is still comply with the t&c after deducting the partial refund.

But now i did not receive any coin for this order, my completed order page no longer got the coins earning details, previously before the partial refund it shown there the amount of coins i would be earning..
