You will require the Free Shipping Voucher Min Spend RM40 for Mall sellers to get the free shipping. They do not have the RM15 or RM40 free shipping tag, so the RM0 min spend free shipping voucher during sale cannot be applied here.

1. Also , do you think buying from multiple seller with multiple different courier assign and come with different timing for every item bought is Fun to wait at front gate or go down 10 stories apartment lift to pick up the item from different courier during this covid fmco ?


2. Please , shope , at lease display the seller is using certain courier service , do you know some courier service in certain area done by partime worker positive with Covid ?.Those part timer didn't cover by company for covid test.
Do you want the courier with positive Covid deliver your item to you and you are expose with risk ?


3. Just let us know which courier service seller going to use for our area even if you don't allow us to choose.We can avoid seller and choose the same item and different seller who deliver with our courier preference and this avoid any asymptomatic covid parttimer if possible in our area.

I am sure shope know which area and courier company are positive in covid.
Don't pretend you didn't know.

Yes, cost-saving / maximize profit makes sense on their part.

And I believe when Shopee came with the first world eCommerce option (freedom to choose the courier) is what makes them so popular that fast as those issues you listed is a real deal.

I am aware that Shopee no longer allow buyers to choose shipping option. From what I understand is sellers can actually toggle which delivery service is best for them and their buyers.
Using FMCO as an excuse is really meh.

I've been buying stuff from Shopee and Lazada this past year all throughout MCO, CMCO, RMCO and now FMCO and never had anything that took longer than 5 days. Even stuff that are shipped from China and Korea. Most local deliveries only take between 1-2 days, max 3 days.

Never before has it taken a whole week with no update on top of that. Shopee is just digging a hole for themselves when they choose to reduce cost by choosing subpar delivery services that cannot cope with the demand.

Btw, CityLink has fucked up way before this change in Shopee. If you go on their FB page, you'll see a lot of comments asking for their parcels that has been stuck since forever.

May I know where to get the "Free Shipping Voucher Min Spend RM40 for Mall sellers"?

Yesterday pay day sale bought 3 x Milo 2 kg end up need to pay rm8 shipping fee.

Anyone encountered item says delivered, payment released to seller but you in fact never received the item in question.

I just noticed my order for a table says Shipped! yet already delivered and order closed.

Niama first time got this type of issue. I've highlighted this to Shopee CS and pending investigation result from them.

It depends on whether Shopee wants to give that voucher to us or not. There used to be one Mall voucher each month, but I didn't get it this month. I'm an active user so I don't really get that many shipping vouchers this month. Seems like some not so active users are still getting quite a number of vouchers.

Some Mall sellers have the RM15 free shipping tag, and those you can then use the RM15 free shipping voucher or the sale RM0 free shipping vouchers.

Delivery shipped but order won't closed itself immediately unless you did not monitored. You need to deal with Shopee CS for help now.

My cancelled order finally refunded just now. The stupid seller took my order on 19th but didn't ship it (non active anymore after 19th) after chat with Shopee CS finally they said they will auto cancel it if seller hasn't responded within 2 days. sleep.gif

I'll be extra careful from now on. Always check when was the last time seller been active in their shops.

Can't pay unifi bill using the 10% discount voucher. It refunded back immediately after I key in my ShopeePay password. Saw 2 notifications and my money+coins didn't get deducted. No payment order been made also.

Is it glitch on Shopee side again?

Seems to be. I had same problems, tried 8 times all auto-refunded by system.

i watched the voucher usage go up & down like yo-yo...then down to 89% and slowly crept back up to 100% until finish. This means some ppl managed to pay? bangwall.gif

One moment it said already fully redeemed. Then refreshed again it's back to 91% claimed and showed up to be deducted on my bill payment page.

Yeah their bill voucher often glitchy like that. But tonight auto refunded memang weird liao. Guess I'm gonna wait until tomorrow and try again.

I frequently buy from china seller past few months. Mostly take 2 weeks to reach me. One or two items until 3 weeks only reach
