Anyone knows if I redeem 250 coins for this 50% voucher, what is the T&C? Min spend? Cap? Can’t find any T&C to be read until probably after “redeem” button.

I found that I had this untraceable voucher yesterday and already used it just fine.
Been googling for "Shopee X MAH RM20 Reward" if anyone has mentioned before but nobody did. A bit strange but no complain. Just want to know which promo it originated from. Attached thumbnail(s)

Like almost everyone else, my free shipping vouchers also finished oredi.
Apparently there is also this RM0 minimum voucher at 12am. I set my alarm, pre-added things in my cart bla bla. 12:00am + 15 seconds, voucher oredi kenot use. Haiyooo |

There was a good sale price for canola cooking oil that I wanna buy but tak ada free shipping voucher.
Out of curiosity, I opened Lazada app that is collecting dust. Apparently same sale and same brand there but with free shipping. Proceed. Obviously not getting some benefits like shopee coins or whatever. But cost saving is cost saving. |

Anyone knows what to do in this case? I paid 9 days ago. Item immediately marked as processed but not couriered yet. 9 days later still not with courier. If try to cancel, seller can (and most likely) reject coz they claimed item has been processed, whatever that is. Sent inbox message, as usual, just automated kopipes response. Annoying lah.

My shopee mall returned item currently has this status. It was a charger that was not working.
Does shopee warehouse have electrician to 'validate' my claim of charger not working? A bit scared that if they claim it was working when they tested it so they will return the product to me.  |

I ordered this laptop cable but it exceeded delivery date. I immediately raised refund/dispute since I already bought somewhere else and received faster.
This laptop cable eventually *arrived past due date and I did not open it. Will shopee allow me to return the unopened package? So far only activity in the dispute tab is seller rejecting on basis that the item still gets delivered. *I tried to contact the courier to not sending the late delivery to me but mesej tak layan and the package was left in my mailbox anyway |

I also noticed Ninjavan is quite bad. Like if they failed to meet delivery target but must put some justification, twice in a row I saw they wrote “customer address in gated community unable to enter”. Yeah right. Rumah kampung where got security gate.

One time I bought tank type. Kununnya want to save money so called mudah electrician. Installed wrong. Fuse terbakar. Called Joven. Came quick within a few days + responsive email. Charged RM30 to repair/replace fuse. They knew ppl try to jimat & ended up like this but they didn't kick too much fuss.
