tips for getting the shopee dispute team to respond your email ASAP

since they like to put response by xx/xx date, I responded for my case yet they still cancelled my dispute bcos they no reply me for few days

so the next email I just tell them I'll file for a chargeback with my bank, and i got a reply within half a day, and offered me partial refund even the fund already released to the seller.

so the keyword here for getting their attention is "chargeback"

i got a case Shoppe ignored conveniently, is it simply write an email to bank to start the chargeback or there are complicated procedures?

and why are they afraid of chargebacks?

each bank will have their own method of filling a chargeback, usually just a simple form

chargeback not only incur additional surcharge cost on the merchant, and it will impact their credit score as well
too many chargebacks on a merchant will effectively get them blacklisted or their credit facilities reduced

I bought something from shopee while i wait for delivery, in shopee item tracking show it delivered but i dont received the package yet.
So how to dispute this whith the seller eg: return/refund?

Click return/refund, if seller don't accept then will go into dispute and shopee CS will step in for investigation.

any methods to remove Shopee account? I have a ShopeePay IC verified on that account but account got restricted, and I couldn't unlink the IC or delete the Shopee account.

Anyone has any success? Thanks

How many days? I advise wait 1-2 days.

If really didn't get, ask the seller or u call the courier company make report missing parcel.

Next u make dispute in shopee (click on ur order), put reason didnt receive. There will be shopee staff will investigate, and get the courier company to show proof of delivery (photo). Seller also can submit proof of delivery. When everything is concluded, shopee 's agent will determine whether to give u refund.

Do you guys find that Shopee customer service team are pretty useless? Like they're so incompetent, inefficient and did not know a lot of things to help customer to resolve issues.

Besides, one simple case could be handed over to different personnels depending on what time they reply your emails etc, and often you have to repeat your issues .... it's been damn frustrating to deal with them to be honest

Unfortunately no. That is why the ratings given at some stores may not reflect the exact long term service offered by the store.

It happened to me recently and I'm partly to be blamed for falling into the schemes of some Sellers under Shopee. I recently bought a PS4 digital game from this shop named BeyondDigitalGaming. The product is basically a login ID and password given by the seller so user can access the account's Library and then download the game inside. Relatively cheaper from its physical disc counterpart or the digital download from the PlayStation Store itself.

However, the account details still belonged to a 3rd party (in this case, the seller). They have full control of the account and at any time they may choose to delete the account/change the login details (password for instead) hence the game that you've downloaded previously from that account's Library will automatically be locked and you have no other choice except to re-login into the account to Activate it again. But if the account doesn't exists anymore or the password is changed? That's when you seek the assistance from the Seller via Chat, to get a replacement ID and password.

And yeah, I got ignored twice from this seller and I warned them I will complain to Shopee (which we all know won't do any good since the transaction is completed hence any liabilities after that will be ignored).

Here I am trying to warn you guys out there to never trust a service which requires a warranty from any seller from Shopee, because you can't rate or comment the bad things after the deal has been concluded. Also, I urge gamers out there to not buy these digital download from any other third party vendors except legit stores like PlaystationStore, Steam, Epic Games, GoG, etc. Though it takes time, but these stores do offer crazy deal discounted games at very low price during certain season. It'll be much worth it to buy something you know you will 100% owned it after purchase, rather than something which is "borrowed" from a seller.

Yeah, I'm an idiot for buying it despite knowing the risk. Hence, from the experience. sad.gif

Fun fact: Did you all know that you don't actually own your mobile number? No matter how expensive package you've chosen for your mobile plan, the mobile number is not yours. It belonged to the telecommunication company and its being "rented" to the people.

Yup. Mobile number will be recycled after 6 months of termination.
