U can go to the shopee live section in the apps, then the upper menu u will see the "Earn Coins' or something like that, u'll will see a list of videos that will enable u to watch and earn coins at the same time

But I saw that free shipping comes with some sellers on Shopee Mall if you spend more than RM40 at one go, without any voucher applied. U'll be able to see the 'free shipping' remarks when u scroll towards middle part of a particular product (above the product description). And then at the checkout function, there will be no charges for shipping (not all shipping companies though, i think if u select pos laju it will be free).

Do you guys find that Shopee customer service team are pretty useless? Like they're so incompetent, inefficient and did not know a lot of things to help customer to resolve issues.

Besides, one simple case could be handed over to different personnels depending on what time they reply your emails etc, and often you have to repeat your issues .... it's been damn frustrating to deal with them to be honest

Shopee is getting ridiculous. If u have the same address linked to different accounts, even using different phones, u would get to enjoy the promo perks or vouchers etc. For eg if i am having shopee registered with the same address as my brother/sister living in same house, one of us will be blocked from using the promo vouchers. So frustrating.

Yes, i have 2, from mall sellers which i suppose they are handled by shopee warehouse. It got stuck at the progress of 'despatched from subang jaya" and no news after that at all. It should hav arrived at somewhere after the despatch. Been 2 days. Choice of delivery are shopee express and pos laju respectively. Something is wrong there coz usually it's kinda fast.

Their customer support has been super useless. They wont make things easy for customer. Ezperienced that few times. Time to move to lazada

Fck shopee express seriously. After 3 days of no movement, finally they hav progressed and the first delivery driver had a misroute, passed to second driver then dunno whats wrong with him, the status showed 'buyer requested reschedule' when i never did so. Waited at home whole day ytday for nothing then complain to shopee, they extended my delivery timeline to another 5 working days. Like wth? This is not express at all... it now requires two weeks. Even my J&T parcels took only 2 days to arrive. Goshhhh ... the shopee customer service has been the most useless i've ever seen.

My delivery was supposed to be due today. I wonder if i click refund/return now i can get my refunds back. It's them not being able to fulfill the delivery in the first place.

You first day know shopee ke? They just pretend giv u lots of promotion and voucher, but in actual u cant get anything also, plus they like to ban this ban that.... Shopee is cheapskate la ... go to Lazada better la... everyday got free shipping voucher

Which part of our posts above indicate that we're abusing or gaming the system, or we got banned out of this abusive behaviour? Not sure if your response is even relevant to claiming the voucher but not able to use them in time?

There is this "All Sellers" Free Shipping voucher - some users have it, some dont have. How to claim it, anyone knows?
