I once had expired coins that I only realise and used it a few days later, so I think it's not that strict. Not sure if they fixed it though

My assumption is due to partial, we already enjoy or use up the vouchers already, so there is no partial voucher refund.
Also in my case, the vouchers are normally near expiry already. By that time, even if they refund the voucher, it is way past the expiry date.

Not refund but the coins that I entitled from the voucher is gone, i.e. i will get 400 coins reward from the purchase, once refund process initiated, I won't get the 400 coins reward / prorated coins

do u notice Shopee's dispute respond time for seller is like a week that long, but for buyer only 1 day? so if u didn't respond fast enough shoppee faster close it so that you cannot claim even you got scammed? appeal also no reply. scamming seller no more reply, that makes shopee accomplice.

This month Shopee finally released 2x RM40 free/subsidised shipping vouchers for RM40 sellers after it was missing for 2 months.

U can actually dispute again as long as the order dont turn to "completed".

it turned into completed automatically, asked for reopen but shopee no respond.

Usually after dispute cancelled, the order should still have 12 or 24 hours before turn completed.

just try spam them everyday or lodge complaint at KPDNHEP

Let's say I want to buy an item RM100 and redeem RM10 shopee coin to offset the amount. Can the payment go through if my ShopeePay has a balance of RM90 or need to top up till RM100?

Complaints for buyer take a long time to resolve too.

Shopee customer service is kinda incompetent, very much one fo the worst I've ever seen. They often have different people replying to emails, and then you have to start with detailing ur issues all over again and again ..... and then they could also be radio silence.... Damn stupid

They're lucky that cover kinda helped them with boosting the sales when everyone's home, hence the arrogant attitude. I hope there are more e-commerce platforms coming up and beat them to core seriously..

Just checking if any of you manage to claim petronas voucher and apply it for the PGC? PGC is now tagged as 15% cashback but couldn't apply any voucher.

I think the voucher is only applicable to specific products

Kena so many times liao still think server problem? I personally feel they set a limit or straight ban usage of free shipping.
