anybody got experience full refund for items partially paid with coins? the refund amount can only put the total cash paid, will they refund the coins as well?

Yes, Shopee will refund the coins as well.

Order 29th Jan, last delivery date 9th Feb. Shopee cs says press refund if not delivered. So press refund, seller dispute say sent out. Tracking show still in hub. What normally happens in this type case?

meaning still wait ba, or until u return the item. very bad scenario to both seller and buyer. shopee took money, and courier take their sweet time.

I encountered similar case before, pressed refund, seller raised dispute and then shopee CS did investigation. Luckily, in the end, my parcel reached without any problem so case was closed that time.

Yeah, haven't had cs respond on my case yet.
But big question is where is consumer protection rights? If there is a receive by xx - xy date on order. And the last receive date had been passed, customer should be given right to get refund in 24 hours and buy from other sources. Shopee should claim from courier and divert the package from hub back to seller.

I recently bought some masks and Shields from CarpetMurahGila, which arrived LATE. 10 days late. And worse of all… the items were broken, cracked. The irresponsible Seller did not wrap up the delivery plastic bag carefully. Instead of refunding, he disputed my claim, and now I don’t know who is going to refund me.

Seller simply wrap the parcel, resulting in damage. Buyer penalized in terms of time, effort to file complaints, return parcel...Shopee system isn't fair.

It's not shopee. It's online retail. Buy anything online. Easy to buy but when problem have to jump many hoops to get cleared. You go buy from brick and mortar store problem exchange 1 to 1 when you go back to the store. Most online store side with customers anyways. Veteran seller usually write off small items that get damaged or lost just to keep their rating.

Not to worry, just send evidence to Shopee. They'll make the decision.

So far 2 times I had to claim refund. Once was for counterfeit microsd card (local seller) and second was wrong item sent (CN seller). Both times seller dispute the refund but Shopee refunded.

How many ppl actually use the 10% coin cashback voucher? I'm a seller and im in this promo ... macam no1 use saja ... waste 3% lol

Since there's rm3 Shopee farm, I use that first, prefer direct discount than coins.

Before farm game, I usually go with cheapest & good rating sellers, if got coins cashback, a bonus, if no it's ok too since all my items are usually less than rm50.

But all these are just individual preference. Hope u sell much! 😊

The No Max Limit one? That is good. I think I used 3 or 4 times last month. The 10% max 5000 not so much because the MCOv2 15%-3300 coins were better for purchases around RM250.

Depends on the value of the item I guess.
Like recent 88% coinback only applicable for 10% cashback sellers, I might find some sellers that with 10% cash back in this case.

I guess you're right, depends alot of the value. The stuff i selling is range from rm3 to 30 like that only lolz ... ok I guess I'll opt out then haha
