I recently bought some masks and Shields from CarpetMurahGila, which arrived LATE. 10 days late. And worse of all… the items were broken, cracked. The irresponsible Seller did not wrap up the delivery plastic bag carefully. Instead of refunding, he disputed my claim, and now I don’t know who is going to refund me.

Can stupidly pack soft mask boxes and plastic things into a bag and expect them not to be damaged during the logistic process? There will of course be boxes and other things stacked on top of the plastic bag. THis Seller champion.10-year old also know la. NO respect for Buyer. If it was not economically viable, then don't sell lor. And dare to "dispute". Typical Malaysian mentality- loof for scapegoat. No respect for others and only see money. |
