It was part timer people using his own vehicle send it and its not even jnt cars/van if I reject it , the parcel will be consider lost and I will not have proof to send to shoppe for refund/return later which is much worse.

The question is, late by 10 day why not system automatically offer to wait for late delivery or immediate refund after late by 24-48 hours?

After Buyer submit complaint to shopee, if the Seller press dispute response, the Buyer has to wait another 5 days to get back refund (if any). The Shopee system for return/refund is totally unfair to the Buyer. And as for CarpetMurahGila, he is clearly at fault for not packing the face mask boxes and face shields with bubble wrap. NO protection at all and he simply sent out the package. And he dare to dispute. When asked at discussion what he is disputing, there was no reply. Simply press "dispute" to hold back my payment. I think Shopee should have a compensation scale to Buyer if Seller make an unreasonable "dispute" request causing more distress to Buyer.

Can stupidly pack soft mask boxes and plastic things into a bag and expect them not to be damaged during the logistic process?
