Avoid using j n t if possible
My item is damaged badly and now I need to dispute claim with seller about this as well , really mafan af.
How come j n t did not take care of fragile sticker parcel? my parcel is damaged badly.

i can't cause its not jnt staff who send it.
It was part timer people using his own vehicle send it and its not even jnt cars/van if I reject it , the parcel will be consider lost and I will not have proof to send to shoppe for refund/return later which is much worse.
