RM40 free shipping item, so youneed a "All Seller" voucher, you can't use "RM15 Free Shipping Sellers" Voucher. The "All Sellers" vouchers could be wiped out in the first few seconds.

I tried to use "All Sellers" voucher, it was greyed out but shows 30% left. That's why I find this puzzling.

I had the same issue too, both 12am and 12pm.
Already told shopee through Facebook, still no human reply yet other than the robotic reply of telling you to clear cache and reinstall the app.
And they preferred video of your phone screen to investigate.

Yes I tried to verify your statement. What you said is 100% correct. Actually stated very clearly that above RM40 to entitled free delivery.

Please just help them by sending your videos too, since not much users have our problem.

Is this new type of scam? Where they will say send you a gift and later the actual item?

Ive already opt for refund.Maybe they were trying to scam the unsuspecting people where they forgot to open their parcel and shopee auto order receive them.

Hi sifus, is shopee normal seller (Non-preferred or Mall vendors) safe & trustable? Planning to buy some big value item.
Is shopee will hold the payment amount until the buyer received the product? Same as shopee guarantee for Preferred & Mall vendors?

Why buy from .my ? Now even the shop also no more. https://shopee.com.my/bingri.my .You can refund back , next time , find a good local or .my reply.

If the item or seller profile rating is good then it's trustable, else buy at your own risk.

I do agree this purchase was a bit hasty.Just the price was tempting and cheap.Not every .my was bad though.Refund not an issue though but seen lately a lot of these seller trying out different kind of scams thats why ask here whether anyone encounter before and serve as a precaution/knowledge to Shopee buyers.This seller method was telling you the mask as a pre-gift during this pandemic event while claiming the actual item was in delivery using another tracking...what seller does that anyways.

Ive met a seller put 15days preorder and pm me ask me can wait or not.He put 'successfully shipped out'which seems can fool the shopee system into thinking the item was delivered? I don't know...In the end the item had nearly gone past the shopee guarantee period and Ive cancelled the item but seller also agreed to refund me which I find it strange as some seller refused refund for preorder item.I think the item didn't exist at all.

I guess they use the time exploit scam method where Shopee failed to detect it yet but maybe in the future.
