I bought a rm9 item using the rm9 free shipping voucher.

The item came faulty, so I did the refund request. Now the refund must only be made by me shipping back the item.

So my question is, if I go POS laju mail back the damn item, is the return shipping fee bear by me?

If bear by me, it's not worth the effort so considered that I made a bad purchase?

And I want shame the seller here. Got that strong urge since I had a bad dirty item.

When I received it I never release payment, directly find to request refund after testing, because item obviously looked second hand and faulty.

A china bag got cancelled after two three weeks... Maybe seller gave wrong tracking (starts my, ends o, don know what company) or what happen I don know, system just auto cancel.

thanks for your kind advice. the seller never pack properly by using a packet too small for all the items, so the package was in open condition with too much to be able to seal, so naturally left only the big items in it and the small ones lost by dropping out. so i am looking to refund. why cant the seller just use a bigger and suitable packet....

Thing is, I wanted my parcel to arrive, not be repeatedly lost by shopee. Already second parcel lost in a week for me. Coincidence, those lost parcels are above $200, or the staffs stolen it.

I want write one amazing story happen to me today.
April 23 shipped out. May 18 still in china warehouse. No choice but to apply refund, although told shopee agent wanted my lost parcel. May 22 refund approved. Today may 28 I received this lost parcel. Not yet check credit card got refund or not.
So it seems like one of the agent said, refund doesn't stops the movement and delivery of the parcel.

How to use finish many thousands of coins? I have close to 27k coins. I find that many shops don't allow to redeem coins and I hate no free shipping.

I click on "order received" for an order that just got newly shipped out... because I got another similar looking order.

Now my question is, the order will still be delivered to me right?
Shopee should upgrade to enable "order received" button only for a successful delivery or a week after payment.

A week after payment seems fine, because there is enough time to be delivered. You seems like a seller with tight cash flow, it's not like the money won't be yours. Even if a week is too long, three days after payment is also fine if they ever want to upgrade that button.

Anyway, it's not me being stupid, it's bad timing. I have only one order waiting to be delivered, so I never thought of scrolling up down since my list supposed to have only one order. So after I click on order received to realize I clicked on my new order is newly shipped out at the top of the list. Same seller same price for both new and old orders, lol.
