hi, anyone experience sending huge item back to seller before? i recently bought a fridge and unfortunately, the fridge door is damaged when i open it. i already submit the refund request but shopee ask me to send the fridge back to seller. which courier provide on site packing? i dont think i can carry a 100kg fridge to pos laju

seller used their lorry to send to us, i already contact the seller but they havent been replying much.

Errr how the heck door is damaged? Is the box damaged? If box damaged shouldnt have accepted it.

the box was not damaged except for few small holes at the edges. i was not able to notice any problem with the box until i unwrap the fridge. by that time, the courier already left. now the same courier refuse to ship the fridge back to seller

U can try ask Shopee CS u use lalamove service can claim back transport fee or not. send to poslaju.
If seller shop near u can send directly back to seller.

Otherwise no choice just live with it if only cosmetics damage no affect the fridge usage. If affect usage u can try call manufacturer directly but im not sure got charges or not.
