Seller counter refund me RM4.9.lol am i a joke to you?

As for 1st case , I agree not all .my are bad but normally if there is no comment review , i would avoid even the price is cheap.Because when 11.11 , a lot of seller will try to create an account.All should know .my is from oversea or china.
Sometimes ,they make a fake delivery item to boost their sales.

As for your case , i assume the seller make multiple account on different e-commerce platform like laz or presto and etc or even other oversea.Once their stock finish selling , they just close their shop.They just only care on seller out their stock rather than maintain their shop.You know , anyone also can sell online at china as long as you register their ssm like system.China got billion of user + can get fake account.

As for your 2nd question , sometimes seller agreed to refund because seller want to maintain their shop reputation and continue seling on shope.Preorder or item doesn't exist also can refund because $ is still at shope.Seller do not loss anything since no product in their hand and didn't shipped out. Just loss some penalty point of cancellation and don't forgot shope side seller , so no problem for seller.

I would like to suggest TS lukeroku to create a new shope seller thread too so everyone can discuss on how to become a seller and rules on shope to avoid problem for both seller and buyer.

In fact I just got off chatting with a shopee agent asking about that bing.my seller.The fact they knew he was doing the above mentioned scam and still not going to refund me baffles me.I can only raise dispute againts him.

I kena before. Ordered light bulbs and received Pokémon cards. Seller didn’t try the gift thing, he just kept quiet. I looked at the reviews, it wasn’t the first time. Orders were completed. likely automatically.

You mean many got into reviews because they had past the order receive time frame?Shopee should have allow refunded/cancelled buyer to give their reviews as well otherwise the seller rating would seemed 'clean'.

Damn those scammers had updated their game,last i recall i got a mask in place of some clothing.Also fully refunded with no issues.

Now this bing guy i really a bit dissapointed with Shopee because they allowed a caught red handed scammer to counter offer me refund.I mean what the hell Shopee? Why not just refund us as we're victims.

Do ALL shoppee mall sellers send their product with a printed "mall return air waybill" in the package?

Not always,I've got a mall item malfunction on arrival,
no return airway bill given and I had to pay shipping back myself and Shopee compensate me.

Until now, they have been insisting that there is no problem, hinting that I tried to use the wrong vouchers. I already don't know how to continue explain to them that it's this one hour limited time RM12 vouchers having problems.

It's like talking to a narcissistic person who insists the system is perfect, refused to accept that now their system got a potential error/problem, can't even accept the fact that any system might occur an error.

The ones I've been dealing with so far no problems. Bought cheap toiletries and knick knacks from many China sellers. Except one time kena by one seller purposely sending wrong and incomplete items but she agreed to refund. Bad experience with that shop yeah.

I also received wrong stuff last 2 weeks from China seller certified as Mall official store. But they agreed to send back the correct ones and asked me to keep the wrong items as gifts. Good service.

Yes Shopee will hold the payment until you sendiri confirm have received all your items correctly. If not, please don't click Received immediately I saw many making this mistake and then bising2 at reviews. Check first if you're not happy raise dispute immediately.

Anybody got experience from buying expensive item overseas? Saw a good price on gpu on shopee from a taiwanese seller, but scared if scam. The ratings are good but just makes me suspicious. Aso will kastam be an issue?

Got insurance? For items above RM2000 I won't dare to buy online no guts to take the risk let one shipping from overseas.

If you see seller having china amoi picture, number name, .my, all ccp scammer shop.

When we got it, its fake, and the product were mailed from china,
the seller straight insult us blind, said product design change every 3mth.
They use this method to offset their mailing and return policy time.

For me only less than 12 hr. And its around 4pm, no way i could go to post office at that hours for return. And shopee no reply after the dispute and ask for refund.
So its a sour taste in my mouth. Plus the 11.11. Event free shipping trolled by shopee A big no. Nake me very cautious with ahopee seller.

Then offer rm10 return to change 5 star review.

By the time you received, you maybe only have less than 1 or 2 days left.
Damage rm 88 which is offer 20% off from original price.

Tldr:
If you see number name, dot my, or ccp amoi picture 100%, is scammer.
