there is already a transaction in my bank account but my shopee account show i still need to pay....what a bad experience

hi, anyone experience sending huge item back to seller before? i recently bought a fridge and unfortunately, the fridge door is damaged when i open it. i already submit the refund request but shopee ask me to send the fridge back to seller. which courier provide on site packing? i dont think i can carry a 100kg fridge to pos laju

seller used their lorry to send to us, i already contact the seller but they havent been replying much.

the box was not damaged except for few small holes at the edges. i was not able to notice any problem with the box until i unwrap the fridge. by that time, the courier already left. now the same courier refuse to ship the fridge back to seller
