is the phone rooted? what apps?

having the same problem as well, 200 items in the cart, and almost unusable , can't single select, the shopee apps will auto select for you.........

Want to buy a handphone, and already click want to pay, now the order in the "TO pay" status, but i saw the stock in the website is already 0, can the order be proceeded and make the payment since the website already show 0 stock, got order number already.

Nope, just wanna buy one only, and it goes so fast, from 30 stocks to zero , just hesitate what voucher to use, and suddenly all the coins cashback voucher gone..........If cancel the order, will the coins redeemed for the order be return back to me? Thank you

Can shop voucher and bank credit card voucher stack together to use? The shop voucher automatic applied by system, but when chose bank voucher, there is not deduction RM12 shown in the total amount? If proceed to pay via credit card/debit card, will the RM12 deducted? Thank you

Last December returned once, not all return and refund can ship back with pos laju, and just generated shipping slip and, in my case, shopee advise just used what ever courier to return and attached the courier receipt during return process, in this case buyer has to pay the return refund shipiing fee first and shopee will refund courier fee later once the seller received the return good.

shopeepay status still in the progress but bank already deducted the money, should i go for second attempt to pay with shopeepay or wait for the first attempt shopeepay in progress status get clear? TQ

m2u already deducted the money , but shopeepay top up still displaying in progress, half an hour already also the same, could i go to shopeepay top up and click in progress and cancel the shopeepay top up payment, will the money refund back to m2u? TQ

Now shopeepay showing top up Failed, but m2u already sent sms saying paid.............

think all of the users cant use free shipping, system error, really become 傻逼。。。。。。。。。

How did you do that, I tried at 8.00pm, and it's gone after 5 seconds....sold out

apps caches problem, mine is the same, the moment you used the voucher it is still valid, and the time to check out it is used out, and you try to buy another things and the voucher same to valid again. Close and restart the shopee apps will clear the caches problem.

Just curious, does shopee has the limit one could redeem the shoppee coins for one month? Have redeem more than 20k, and not the items cant use coins, giving error product are not from shoppee prefer seller, but from another account, the same item can redeem coins?

Order a bottle cooking oil on 4 April until today still have not received, the seller dropped off the parcel on 5 April KL, deliver via ninja van, and the status is the delivery has been cancelled, last saw on 9 April 4pm, what does delivery has been cancelled mean, and today Monday 12 April still no delivery made:

Just realise that even if you do not receive the parcel or the delivery status still in the progress, after the due date for delivery , shopee will release the money to the seller automatically after the due date. So the buyer must press return and refund before the last day of due date if do not receive the parcel...

Can a person to have two shopee account and activate shopeepay as well with same name and IC? Thank you..
