What you all usually eat after putting on braces ya? I've juz taken infant cereal as my breakfast haha... Later wil cook porridge as my lunch.. For nutrition wise, hmmm it's really hard to take vege n fruits now ler... my teeth couldnt chew at all... everything goes into my mouth i swallow only..
Jayyen, woah you stil rmb wor...so sweet of you

Congrats on ur braces
I do brush in details in the morning... if i explain to u on how to brush teeth here, it might difficult for u to understand... i suggest u to find on how to brush ur braced teeth on youtube, as well as on any ortho site... u will get lotsa websites explaining on the proper brushing... i did surf lotsa website regarding it and it indeed, helped alot...
I remember the first few weeks with my braces on, i hardly chew any hard food including rice... i took lotsa pasta and so far macaroni is the easiest type of pasta to chew... i think bcoz of the structure... i made it fry, or soup... for example, in the soup, u can add add egg tofu, egg, or anything soft... its yummy! And also i found out that eating noodles are easier as compared to rice... if i wanted to eat rice, i bought that malay "mini nasi impit", usually malay community serve it during hari raya... boil it and eat with fish, chicken, crab yada yada as substitute for nasi... or etlis, i asked my mom to cook rice softer... and all type of noodle, kuey tiaw, mee hoon, mee etc are among food that is easy to chew n eat...
And as for fruits, i had to get it blended, or make it fresh juice... so far i did on apple, star fruit, mango... it was delicious... but fruit like banana, u can eat it directly... but remember to cut it into small chunk, then chew slowly... and as for vege, u can cook it softer... no problem at all... porridge is good too... but i cudnt stand eating porridge day n nite... and nowadays upon hearing McD chicken porridge, i feel like uwekkk... ekekkeke... i did consume lotsa porridge during those days hahahahhahaha...
But after a month plus, u can start eating harder food like burger, fries, nugget, etc... no harm... just dont forget to cut it into smaller pieces and eat slowly n carefully... things will be just fine... dont worry...
