What is the best card to pay JOMPAY with MB2U? Since VSB can't get 2% with JP, I'm running out of ideas how to get rebate from JP.

I thought in M2U, you can only use MBB cards.
Since both MBB2 AMEX and FCB VS doesn't offer cash back for JomPay, I doubt there'll be any other cards from MBB.

if u really want to use jompay, only uob yolo and scb cards.

jompay must be initiated from its own Internet Banking portal; there's no 3rd party portal/aggregator to do that.

eg uob yolo card @ uob internet banking

I don't use jompay.
1. no cash back.
2. no payer name feel not secure.

I must see the name of payer to make payment no matter what attractive contest or gift I still won't use it.😁

you enter Biller Code, it doesnt show you the name?

in uob IB, entering biller code will show you the name.

I try it once long time ago. maybe they have improvement but I didn't try it again after that.

just tried m2u (new portal), doesnt show.

for uob pib, it show the biller code's name before confirming payment.

That's why i feel unsecured, If payer said didn't receive how do i know I pay to whom?

I thought the biller code has reserved and assigned.
Is that a big deal?

afaik, jompay biller code registration doesnt apply to individuals. only to registered businesses.

the ref-1 (varies) according to biller's recon identification, usually account number or mobile number, etc.

same as any other internet banking, you key in wrong acct number, sure fund will be transferred to the wrong party. same goes to jompay's ref-1.

No account holder name appear? I always use maybank2u pay tnb. It will show account holder name after I enter my bill no.

jompay links between banks/billers, NOT the customers within the billers.

only a select few payees in m2u has direct link/integration. have you tried all payees on m2u?

No. i don't want to waste my time to keep trying since the traditional way is far more suitable for me.

Biller code only 4 digit and you get to see their name. Ref-1 just validate and copy paste from your previous known to be correct source if they are identical. That's what I did.

If biller say did not receive, bank still got record mah. Unless you enter wrong ref-1.

If you feel JomPay is risky, wait till you read FPX. They claim if status say successful, sure successful. Of coz, subjected you entered right details.
