Biller code only 4 digit and you get to see their name. Ref-1 just validate and copy paste from your previous known to be correct source if they are identical. That's what I did.

I understand. That's why I copied and pasted from my previously known to be correct source since the JomPay ref-1 is my account number

I recently applied for MBB 2 Premier with FD pledge of RM15k (Combined Credit Limit is now RM30k, but I have existing C/L of RM15k on my Visa Signature).

I signed the letter of set off on 3/10, and on 4/10 MBB deducted RM10/- for Stamp Duty Lien against FD.

Can anyone enlighten how long does it usually take after this to get my credit card? I checked with the respective branch & also called the Call Centre today, both gave different info.

Branch said it takes 2 working days to received CC, but since its already 5/10 I decided to call Call Centre. Call Centre said it will take up to 10 working days after signing Letter of Set Off.

Anyone face this experience before?

The minimum FD pledge is RM30k if you have no income / cards with MBB.

Since I have an existing MBB Visa Signature card of CL RM15k, they asked me to pledge minimum RM15k to get combined limit of RM30k.

I did ask the offer if I want CL of RM50k, how much to pledge. They said RM35k then (RM50k minus RM15k)

I don't think you can receive in 2 days unless they poslaju to you.

Here's a tip. Check your eCCRIS - they show up after approval. 1 day later, you should receive SMS.

One day after SMS, They'll show up in maybank2me. Then wait for them to reach you. If not available online, then longer wait.

Thanks, I actually did a CCRIS just now, there is no Credit Application record however I did receive an offer letter from Maybank stating that my card is approved with CL of RM30k subject to Fixed Deposit placement of RM15k.

Also I signed the letter of set off and all the relevant docs are executed already.

But theses really really strange, everyone done but nothing in CCRIS...hmmm

Anyways I guess will need to wait for a few days now..

Ok, if that's the case, *maybe* they did not do a CCRIS check since you already own an existing card. I don't know the exact process. Or maybe it wasn't updated instantly.

Since you already receive a notification that it's been approved, you can start checking your Maybank2me. I don't think you'll receive the cards before they show up on Maybank2me.

Does anyone know if there is a cutoff time for it to be considered "weekend spend"? I used my card last Saturday 15/9, at around 1230AM. In my statement, it shows the transaction date as Friday!

You don't get weekend rebate. The transaction date is Friday. Different time zone.

Just FYI, I called Maybank, and they asked me to email the details to the customer service, with the timestamp of the order. After about 1 week+, they confirmed my transaction was at 1230AM on Saturday, and credited the cashback amount into my card.

Similar case, I topped up my Grab account using Amex last Sunday (30/9) at 1140pm. For some reason, it didn't qualify for the cashback, but after calling, CS confirmed that it was on weekend, so they'll be adjusting that manually too.

So, it's worth calling the CS just to try and get your cashback!

that's the right way, but also up to bank's discretion.

furthermore, your grab topup (30/9 1140pm) shouldnt be getting cb because, iinm, was posted in October.
