The CS told me, they need the atm no. to remove the card from M2U. If no provide, the card will stay at M2U.

Mine already remove from M2U, just take 2 days

No, they didn't ask for it as my M2U is tied to the CASA.

Not necessary, they can read all ur cards from ur identity

odd, few days ago, my m2c amex TreatsPoints was around ~16k.

now it's doubled to ~32k TP rclxub.gif


the only large purchase (senheng 6mth installment) was a laptop before 1 Sep, but that was already captured as 1X TP in Sep statement. Oct statement to be out soon.

Can cancel Visa and maintain AmEx. Most of us in this thread have called CS to cancel our Visa/MC.

Last time, when I request to cancel the sup card. I request to remove it but after few days still not yet removed.

I believe it is easily to get our debit card number(that linked to our M2U) when remove.

Debit card number is needed to link card to existing M2U when you do it at the branch. I doubt that linking can be done via CS.
Since CS asked for debit card number for de-linking, I believe could be for the same reason too!
