technically tm is not removing the whole autopay service, hence no major service impact to existing autopay users.

they just removed the rm2 rebate granting, and that's a minor impact.

Offset it with TP?

10,000 for RM25 seems worth it.
*
just called them by phone
no need to fill up redeem form
to void using TP

If I remembered correctly, only the lump sum amount swiped on the weekend is entitled to cash back.
Subsequent monthly installment won't entitle to cash back even though it falls on weekend.

From Page#1

QUOTE
22. For EzyPay via Amex aka installments during weekend, cash rebate and treats points will be given for the FULL AMOUNT one shot and not by the monthly installments amount.

You'll still be charged SST even though you didn't activate the card.

Last time I checked with M2U CS, they asked me to go to a branch.
Maybe accounts too old, different SOP.

I called on Monday to remove the still appeared Ikhwan.
The CS told me that it'll be completed by 5 working days.
Still shown as of today!
