My cc is expiring soon , when will they send the new card? When new card come , the old cc will still be available in m2u, or the detail will be transfer to new cc for the old outstanding?

You will find your card account at M2U a bit funny, when the replacement card is issued and pending activation.

Can we choose to collect our replacement credit card at the Maybank branch or the Midvalley or 1u card centre ?

try call CS if they can do the routing manually since replacement card is done automatically (presumably default to delivery to residence address)

anyone already got the 5% cashback for Feb? i see usually will get by end of the month (last day of the month) but i don't see the RM50 cashback for Feb credited...

Usually i check m2u online, the cb transaction in end of last month but posted 2nd of the current month.

previous months you can SEE the cashback on the last day of previous month?

how do i add card on the maybank2u? i’ve registered one of my cards (amex) and is there a feature that will allow me to add my visa card without me having to register another separate account for the visa card?

CS mentioned to me need to have a debit card (current account) with maybank in order to link 2 cards in one m2u account.

yeah i also contacted the online CS, and she said the same thing too. so inconvenient have to open 2 separate accounts

Hi, usually what are the reason cc application rejected? My friend applied via m2u online and get rejected but when walk in branch, his application succesful. I tried apply via m2u last week and today got sms not succesful.

Some application just cannot in the sense of application procedures. E.g citibank via RP, it will get back to citi website to continue the application, at the end after click submit, terus fail. Note even thought the income is 2x the card income requirement.
