Yeah man the Ek k20aR is awesome. He has the ASR reinforcement plate installed to support the ek9 anti roll bar which i seriously need. moon u too hehe. The owner has so many things that my ek can just dream of having.

Anyway saw this video on zth. Blue EG6 turbo vs a Satria turbo (Comat)



Blue eg6 on the right lane and yellow satria on the left (drivers point of view). EG6 did 0-400 in 11.5+secs wei. EG6 rules

moon, so what itr strut bar u got? actually anti roll bar more effective than strut bar, but anyway it does help too. but after u install type r anti roll bar then u will be addicted to whack corner

let me know if the owner of the k20a got any itr rear strut bar?

but i will still install the antiroll bar. my mech is jst missing the bracket he says.. any idea where i can find it?

ITR got REAR strut bar wan ah? i didnt know tat. to me it seems like non of the type r has the rear strut other den after market ones.

Wow V4 liao... sorry ah I seldom participate because I dont know more technical thing about car so I just read rather than replied.

just get the bracket from the shop at ss14 i mentioned before. RM40 per bracket.

yup ITR got rear strut bar, very rare and freaking expensive.

i think is ARS, lots of usa forum did mentioned. actually u can custom make the supporting piece, i made my own too even though mine is not neccessary to fit, want to be safe rather than sorry just used 1.5-2mm thick metal to give extra support.

my cusco still havent try n ek, but one of my friend here also interested to get from me. haha. or can u confirm with ur mech or friend, the two bolt @ top of rear absorber of eg & ek is the same distance or not? if same then can fit.

Sien man, some guy on zth eyeing the B16B ek (i suspect it's the same one that I'm looking at also). Fated for me liau

Hi there, I wanna ask..the new Civic 2.0 come with 17''inch Rims, how is the performances compare with 16'' rims ? Does it affect the performances ?

Ya meh? The bigger the rim, the slower your top speed. One of my fren driving 4 door B16A using 17" rim can only go 190kph. Swap back with his CE28N 15" can go more than 200kph liao. How to explain this situation?

Your friend didn't recalibrate his speedo is it hehe

But I probably shouldn't have said top speed. What I really meant was for the same gear/rpm, bigger rims would be faster, assuming aspect ratio remains the same la.
In your friend's case, it could be because the car doesn't have enough power to drive the heavier wheels.

yeah, bigger rims will be faster - if your car can handle it. probably he didn't have enough torque to drive the wheels themselves.

Depends on which engine and how throttle-happy you are.

I did 8-10 l/100km last time on my 1.6 SOHC EG. Manual, fully stock except for an openpod filter.

standard eg6 is b16a dohc or sohc?
8-10l/100km is quite high...
is it possible to do like 6-7l/100km?

May i know wat speaker is civic 2004 using? the sound is very nice, but for sure, it is not for high volume...but i like it when it is at 17, very comfrotbale n the bass is very nice, the kenwood player comes with it, I wonder about the speaker, is it something very expensive?

woww, thats sad to hear, anyway i think it would probably cost a bomb.....
