I just got my first statement but something seems not right for my QMC. It shares the same statement date as my VS which is 3rd every month but I only got statement and cash back for VS. However, there's no statement generated for my QMC despite my transactions were posted before 3rd Nov.
What's happening? Should I wait longer for QMC statement? All my transactions are still under "unbilled transactions".
Another question if 3rd Nov is the statement date means I can spend from 3rd (this month) to 2nd (next month), correct? Suddenly confused pulak.

your 1st statement & cashback would only be credited @ 3 Dec.
30 Oct - 3 Nov = not statement-ed hence no cashback cuz partial statement cycle
4 Nov - 3 Dec = max cashback rm30
on 4 Dec, once 3 Dec statement generated, you'd need to file for dispute to PBB for period between 30 Oct - 3 Nov. PBB would get approval to manually credit back the cb for partial cycle.
email CS now would not yield any action because they'd ask you to wait until 3 Dec statement then only they recalculate the cb differences. reason is to prevent you making false claims <-- cuz you havent "earned" cb from 4 Nov - 3 Dec period yet.
put some stressors in the email content: PBB not honor cb by statement cycle (put screenshot from website), PBB billing system doesnt generate statement for partial-cycle, etc
from my experiences, pbb is aware of this billing quirk for partial statement cycle.
fyi, my two QMC supp was claimed back successfully

if i made the claim and gotten RM30
now, then no spending until 4 Sep statement, i will still get RM30 cb without spending anything (5 Aug - 4 Sep).
so, they need to make sure I do spend in this period before they can calculate the split between partial-cycle (RMxx cb) vs full-cycle (RMyy cb).
now, i've made total rm600 (partial cycle)+600 (full cycle), waiting for 4 Sep statement (get max RM30 cb) before i request for cb adjustment of additional RM30 for partial-cycle.

my supposed Aug statement didnt get generated, i filed dispute in Aug, then was advised to wait for Sep actual statement. Follow-up again this week, now waiting for approval/adjustment.
