Swipe generally means all transactions including PIN, wave, online and direct debit etc apart from "bank initiated" ones like EZpay / balance transfer instalments.

My supplementary card get the annual fees charges recently. I called to CS and they told me online transaction is not counted. The system only track the swipe with physical card.
Anyhow, he did help me to submit a report for waiver.

For your guys information, I called PBB CS to request for SST waive. But they told me there is no such thing. SST is government tax. Cannot waive.

Then I ask, let’s say I spent certain amount this years. Is it possible to request waive the SST next year? He said No too.

All that transactions earned me RM37.99 cashback.  So I would assume there was a cashback towards netflix after all it just that it will be bit difference in final calculation due to foreign exchange rate.

I just got my Quantum cards recently.

Do anyone know what is the refresh date for the cash back? Is it the beginning of the month or follow the statement date? I read their products disclosure documents but couldn't find anything relevant.

Hi folks ! I'm new to PB Credit Card . I received my QVisa and QMastercard recently (tho' I dont apply it , I just use PB for my housing loans) , I want to create the pin online , but strangely  It told me that I dont have the create card pin options , as seems I dont apply for it.
