Can’t get otp for BigPay topup for celcom. Any others having this issue ?

I did not get my wk 9 cashback as well. Made transactions on Tuesday 28/8 at 12.04 am. This is the reply I got from PB CS.

Referring to the below, please be informed that each participating week only RM30,000.00 Cash Back is allocated on a First-Come-First-Serve basis. Once
the RM30,000 is fully utilize for one particular week, Cardmember will not be entitle for Cash Back on successful transaction.

Week 9 (27 Aug - 2 Sep 2018) - fully allocated on 27/8/2018

What time was your transactions for wk9?

Awesome. Got my wk11 too

For my wk9 missing cashback , I was informed by CS also that by Monday , the cashback were exhausted . No info at exactly what time .
My transactions on Tuesday 12am didn’t garner me cashback.

I did not get w14 , transactions were at 3pm 1/10.
