but judging from my common sense and facts most of forumers here get their wish turned down when they put hopes on it.. if its approved, then that's the other way around

and the story is different if you are talking about those in mbb threads splitting CL limit for islamic cards

i wish to reiterate again, most of the appeals will get turned down eventually ... even there are few forumers here quite persisting in appealing causing them mad in the end

one of them obviously is David83 infamous appealing for his mbb .

one more example is fruitie infamous for keep trying applying and appealing for her public bank cc application... guess whats the result? u know it...  (for few years?, seriously)?

few other forumers i forgot name, but with search button you can see *Most* of them get turned down !

and Im not wrong asking for proof.. otherwise its just pure hearsay knowing public bank is infamous for its strict requirement

dont activate your Quantum Visa card if you don't use. call to cancel then won't get charge SST.

If you're not into Departmental and Entertainment, you can try not to activate the Visa loh. But if you're after the promotional gifts, then you need to spend on both, so have to activate both.

In case you don't know, Signature is not part of the promo.

perhaps it would have been better to attempt after ur ccris is updated so that it doesn't appear that you own many cards (assuming u cancelled some with sst).

I tried to apply again early Sept and took 2weeks to process. Rejected again. Byebye to PBB.

Well, the banks do take into consideration of your BT. I'd remember my BT amount/outstanding was high when application and immediately got rejected. Try clearing your outstanding amounts/BT prior application. I got mine once I cleared the debts.

Sorry, could not resist. Can the same nuke be aimed at those who ask "when is week X coming out?" Those posts get very repetitive cumulatively.

Where got so fast. Few moons ago I apply also more than 2 weeks. Exception was pre-SST when I asked for additional card.

PBB very lansi. I at least tried 5x since March,2018 until today and each time request to appeal mean 10x haha. Langsung tak penah call me to ask your work, salary bla bla bla. Maybank will still call you or email you with their personal working email.
I always check the status via my eCCRIS. Pending or disappeared if rejected.

Sure. I wrote an email and cc BNM on 21/9/2018, 12:38 AM(Suddenly that night bad mood). Then 24 Sept,2018 saw the Pending credit application on CCRIS. Today 29 Sept,2018 got approved and received SMS on 9am.

Btw, they did not reply my email too.

well for most, should try every 6 monthly. 5x since march means you're applying monthly. public bank still have the rights to reject your application but i guess they wanna avoid any hassle with BNM and thus approved a low limit for you.

Eh, PBB credit card kena tax? Sorry but I thought only new renewal kena? Mine will only expired on 2022.

make sense though. submission to their dept only internal/paperwork. submission to ccris could only happen after they key in the application details into their system.

2nd level approval will give a final assessment whether to approve or reject.
