Thank you! It worked!! The number I originally call left me on hold for more than 10 minutes... so I gave up and used your number. Instantly got to CS, and my issue was dealt with in 5 minutes.

I called re SST rebates for my principal PBB VS and 9 supps. CS said they will confirm whether all the cards met the spending conditions, and if so, they can process the rebate. Will update when this happens. Annual spending for each card is RM633.25 x 12 hehehe.

Hope I can save my RM25 x 10!

I haven't registered any supp yet because I feel it's inconvenient to register for their PBe. I supposed I wil need a separate billing and PBe for them to enjoy separate cash back quota right? After I faced issue with PBe, I'm thinking twice if I should supp cards to my parents..

For Quantum, annual amount spend to waive is RM4000?

Yes, agreed. That's the no. I called since the day I applied for PBB. It works all the time.

You need separate statement, but not necessarily PBE (if they don't need it). You / they will not be able to see their transactions until they show up on statement, but you / they can call CS to enquire. As such, I allowed only RM2k CL for each card, and set all statements to be sent to MY email address. You can add them as "favourite cards" on your PBE for payment, but the system kinda sucks... Have to enter PAC each time and you can't view their outstanding amount.

For my dependents (i.e. those that I pay the bills for), I didn't bother with PBe. My husband and those who settle their own bills have their own PBE, and statements are sent to them.

Oh I see. Yes, they don't need PBe. I will look into supp cards then. May I know if I should request for separate statement upon application or after it's approved? Thanks.

For VS principle needs rm8000 spending to qualify for rm25 rebate, at 633.25x12 still short of rm400.

RM633.25 X 6% = RM37.995 = RM38
if maybank would be RM37.99, they don't round the 3rd digit

Are Time Broadband and Digi auto debit bill payments entitled for cash back currently? I did not get cash back for my auto debit bill payment in my latest statement. I just gotten the card recently with first auto bill payment.

luckily i have 25k+ VIP points gained from flexipays & nirvana lot purchase

rounding (2 decimal normal rounding) per transaction.

if 1 transaction, yes, rm633.25 would hit rm38 cb.

if use for SN4M promo via bigpay reloads exclusively, only need rm632.49 to hit rm38 cb.

Thanks for this info. Luckily I have quite a few 11St instalments on top of the monthly 633.25, which should bring the principal over RM8k. Will check what the outcome is in the next few days.
