Is there a unlimited quota for 30mbps?
I wish to downgrade my RM179 30mbps package to RM129 or the unlimited 30mbps package. Can I do it even I am still in contract? |

It shows 800Mbps in the Unifi portal this morning but I still have the old speed despite turning off the modem and router twice

For downgrade request, customers who request to downgrade their package within the
