Bro, not everyone stay in same house for 2 years, some was rent outstation and some will kena HALAU before 2 years also.

Why don't Malaysian Telco/ISPs just copy like Singapore, gave 6 months or 12 months contract but at higher premium rates or more deposit monies.

When you move to a new house, you can relocate your Unifi to the new house. If the new house got no Unifi, then can terminate the service. Don't think TM will charge you since they cannot provide the service to you.

QUOTE(wilson1stop @ Sep 7 2018, 10:10 AM)

I'm sure those just upgraded from lite and those subscribed RM139, surely MELETUP once saw this in TM website....

Maybe that's why kept hidden 50Mbps for now..  tongue.gif  tongue.gif

Hope after all the huha upgrade, TM will standardise the packages with and without Voice, with and without STB, with Ultimate pack or (Aneka, Ruby,Varnam) pack etc.

i know its max will 50mbps. i think better pay rm129 for 100mbps eventhou you only get 50mbps rite?

my friend pay rm129 for the 10mbps lite package, and the technician said his building max only 30mbps. but now only have package 30mbps with quota and unlimited 100mbps. i rather go 100mbps and get 30mbps only for rm129.

10mbps pretty slow when you have 3 ppl using it  icon_idea.gif

Haha now 10mbps is the suxmyx 1mbps

Your statement is correct IF it's was TIME...
Unifi allowed this termination if service not available?

Relocation fee is MEH....
and most headache is need wait for technicians come again...

rclxms.gif TQ, but relocation got renew contract?

What if I need to relocate my UniFi service? Are there any charges that I need to
pay?
Relocation requests can be made at any TMpoint outlets and is subject to service
availability at the new area where you wish to relocate the service. The relocation fee
of RM300 shall be waived (for first time relocation only).
For internal relocation within premises, there will be a relocation fee of RM350 for
changing of BTU location and RM200 for any additional internal wiring.

100Mbps RM129
50Mbps RM99 (Isn't this CHEAPER than RM109 sweat.gif )
30Mbps RM79 (Addon RM30 for Uncapped)

Thanks for updated  thumbup.gif
Can we migrate plan now? Is that system update?

P/s: NEW plan seem allowed us to choose more Humanize, can opt-out without STB + STD20 and saving our $$$.

Guy, just received a call from Maxis asking whether to upgrade to their fixed line broadband at Klang area (current using Unifi). From the first day the area have been under TM Unifi control. Just curious did TM providing their customer info to competitor?? Or can they simply provide our information to third party??

Anyone experience this before like changing from one Telco to another Telco for the fixed line broadband? And how is the performance?

I've doubt on Maxis, as example in Puchong area which is under their control but performance like sh**.

I would never change to Maxis. My friend changed to Maxis cuz of the cheaper price and regretted his decision. Always DC while gaming and now he is back to Unifi. LOL

Price is not that expensive as long as it is fine.
