For downgrade request, customers who request to downgrade their package within the
contract period, the current contract period will be renewed to 24 months. If customers
downgrade after the contract period, there is NO penalty or contract renewal.

Well, as of nw, this is what available on Unifi homepage, we shall drill them until it takes it down or just give it to us who wants to downgrade the plan. Else, take action to lodge complaint to the regulator. NATO will not help us.
