We only got UniFi last year's May and I relocated my 50Mbps from PJ to Seremban. Then last year can upgrade to 100Mbps with additional RM 10. That said, it wasn't a smooth upgrade because my whole taman only our house was using 50Mbps (the rest were 30Mbps) and when they got order from my account to upgrade to 100Mbps, it was quite challenging for them. After two technical teams tweaking outside and inside of my house only got the speed I requested.

I'm quite pessimistic same thing will happen to my 800Mbps later, should be the only one in taman having this speed.

Hi all, quite frustrated with my Unifi. Using the old provided TP-Link router (no 5 GHz, non-AC)

Complained to the customer service and they mentioned that it's a router fault and requires a change.

If it's truly the router issue, I'd be amazed 🤔

Old and faulty hardware might degraded or disconnected you randomly when overheated.

Get a notepad cooler and adjust low wifi power consumption,
If continues, time for UBAH new router...

Change your router. Get the TP-Link Archer C7 v5 or v4, or else renew your contract and sign another 24 months, and ask them to renew your entire equipment.

Has been a persistent problem. 🤔 Never thought of using a cooler. What's your setup like? Only issue is my router is mounted on the wall. Been like that since we upgraded to unifi.

Guess it's time to do a little bit more planning in terms of placement to fully maximise the range. The house is a bangalow so not much interference from other networks. None really in range.

Yup sban still no news. I just got my bill. Surprise that got a discount of rm40. Prev was rm179 for 30mb then top up rn10 10 for 50mb.
But in the itemized billing saw that ultimate pack they charge rm60 and my ruby plus was -17. Previous bill was rm60 for ultimate and rm30 for ruby plus.
I'm confused. Shouldn't ultimate package contain ruby channels also? If that's the case then maybe I should go complain to see if can get refund for prev months

Mine RM189 just for Internet. IPTV cost another RM30 extra

Mine is Jumbo Lite with less and less channel as time goes by.
I got the 600 minutes call too but I don't even plug in my phone coz always got stranger ring it. Plus, I got unlimited call on my mobile
