Does feel a bit unfair that TM is taking their sweet time with vague time frame and quite a long one to upgrade their customer while Maxis has taken a straight forward move to lower the price with the plan effective in Sept. Including existing customer with and without contract.

Those who are paying 139 above for 30mbps might actually had to wait 6-9 months before getting their deserved speed. So you are paying more 50 above for more than 6 months. Doesn't sounds fair to me.

Seeing how other provider have done, TM hasn't been sincere to serve their customer with the best service/offer. While following MCMC directive, they are just holding down their speed to milk off their customer as long as possible.

Because copper wire has a lot of uncertainty on speed capability?

Or simply because their focus/target is for Unifi push (strategy), thus no choice but Unifi first.

yes. if you got problems, tm will arrive in faster rate compared to maxis (maxperts).

Sometimes C1200 UPNP doesn't work if it is triggered by 'certain' software. (Have you turn it off and on yet?)

However, for EU firmware......there is beta firmware available specifically for UPNP issue.......here

On home, he using back streamyx cable
So i think i will not get this upgrade
