FYI, my package is UNIFI Pro 100mbps RYE2017 previous is RM189.00; now drop to RM159.00

My unifi bill went from RM175++ to RM126++ this month. Anyone get this too ? Wonder what's the rationale ?

feel cheated by tm as old customer paying higher price and still not yet turbo-ed. Asked tm about that and mention wan to switch to maxis they responded it up to you. Is there any way to take any action against them??

Why TM does not upgrade streamyx users first because they are paying a lot more than the unifi users?

Does feel a bit unfair that TM is taking their sweet time with vague time frame and quite a long one to upgrade their customer while Maxis has taken a straight forward move to lower the price with the plan effective in Sept. Including existing customer with and without contract.

Those who are paying 139 above for 30mbps might actually had to wait 6-9 months before getting their deserved speed. So you are paying more 50 above for more than 6 months. Doesn't sounds fair to me.

Seeing how other provider have done, TM hasn't been sincere to serve their customer with the best service/offer. While following MCMC directive, they are just holding down their speed to milk off their customer as long as possible.

Inside info: Apparently TM CEO will be holding press conference on 30th sept and likely they are gonna revamp their products in line with maxis latest offering.

okie, I've retested 800Mbps package again

1) 200++ Mbps DL and 100 Mbps UL on 5.0Ghz wifi (I hope TM will fully release the speed soon after the pilot testing)
2) 100 Mbps DL and 100 Mbps UL on 2.4Ghz wifi
3) 500++ Mbps DL and 100 Mbps UL on LAN

Lol no different ? 500mbps only took half an hour to download 100GB file while 50mbps took 4 and a half hour..

anyone installed unifi recently that the contractor just pull the fiber cable straight from the fdp into the house, without going thru any fws box and straight to the modem?

My installer told me all new installation no more using fws box, true kah?

Got my unifi yesterday, 30Mbps

the router they gave me DLink DIR-842, with the wifi name hardcoded to the fxcking XXX@UNIFI
I'll have to goto every single devices in the house to change the wifi one by one

Anyone thinks it is wise to go from RM139 (300Mbps to be upgraded soon) to RM89 Maxis (30Mbps) and paying RM500 penalty fee? Sigh should have been more patient and wait!
