Did you check your Unifi portal and paid your bill in time? |

QUOTE(SilentVampire @ Aug 22 2018, 08:19 PM) I was wondering if TM required to take back orange router to exchange new AC router or not. (currently I am on Asus 14UHP, it is a wireless-N and 2 more wireless-AP). So if wanna whole network to support I need to replace 3 devices. QUOTE(Andy72 @ Aug 22 2018, 03:14 PM) For those who have the budget, try ASUS RT-AC5300 and RT-AC88U. Using RT-AC5300 as the primary router in the living room and RT-AC88U as the media bridge in the office to link up devices using 1Gbps LAN. Wireless speed exceeds 900Mbps. Perfect for Unifi Turbo 800Mbps. Nice! Thanks for sharing! |

Just get a decent router that have strong wireless coverage. If they change your equipment, you should have a new AC router. Just get a stock router for cheap from garage sales lol, and hand it over, or say that the orange router has spoil and you have thrown it away a long time ago. |

For me:
Report created on 20 Aug 7:21pm, PPPoE connection reconnected on 20 Aug 8:08pm, a mere 47 minutes for speed upgrade to arrive, and ive gotten no SMS/email till now 22 Aug. So I guess you are minutes away from getting the speed upgrade once you have a report created, and theres no need to restart BTU/router as my last restart was months ago. |
