QUOTE(BigPayJonathan @ Aug 9 2018, 02:29 PM) Failed top ups are rare, but they happen. Whenever that happens, our team pulls the data out of our accounts and manually reflects the amount in our users' account. It usually takes less than 24h, unless there's been an usual amount! After updating the app. I suddenly noticed a transaction called miscellaneous debit. What is this? Previously my balance went above 10k due to refunds from some transactions. All of a sudden my money goes down to exactly 10k. Where is the rest of my money? **update Called bigpay helpline. And apparently they will refund me the excess amount via cheque. While that's understandable, it wouldn't hurt to notify the user via SMS or email, would it? Noticing a transaction that I didn't do, that gave me a shock for a bit. QUOTE(BigPayJonathan @ Aug 9 2018, 06:07 PM) The thing is... We only ever hear about the "problems". In percentages, the amount of failed top ups we experience is ridiculously low in comparison to the amount of transactions we have. Doesn't mean that it's normal or that we're not working to make sure they never happen at all... Our goal is for our users to have a seamless experience all the time. But there are many reasons why a top up could fail, including some that aren't necessarily in our control. All in all, I agree with you though: we need to be better. Just trying to provide some insights Thank you so much for attending to us. I just PM-ed you about a transaction dispute of RM20 to Celcom-Rps or Boost, did not top up RM20 at 1:26am yesterday (8 Aug). UPDATE: Thank you for the speedy reply Jonathan, I'll call CS during office hours tomorrow to officially file a dispute. This post has been edited by Sumofwhich: Aug 9 2018, 10:06 PM

Left hand near 1% cost (Credit card pricing). Right hand less than 0.2% (debit/prepaid card pricing). so will be in deep deficit.

They must be deep pocket to burn money to build up customer's database. They are creating values then sell the value to recover their investment. I just wanted to correct tigerr's statement. Left and right are in fact not equal... BP is not a credit card so won't earn a lot of card fee.
