Previously using BigPay to reload my Starbucks card online and it's failed and it charged to my card. I need to report dispute to get my money back.
Not sure now is it fixed, after that I never use BP card to reload then.

Hi, I assume you are both new users of BP and UOB Payonline. UOB pay online does have delay in sending notification email on payment approval status. I guess not the BP problem.

Just a small note for those using BigPay to buy Taobao, notice that if using app to do payment it will applied the conversion to MYR (transaction show MYR in BigPay app). If you wan the transaction in CNY, you need to use the website.

I failed to add BigPay into Shopee.
Not even TAC page. Tried with Tune Money, BigPay and CIMB as well in the bank portion, still no luck.

Funny. Just now went Perodua and the payment is go thru, but just now they called me again say they can’t do settlement, their terminal with Aeon Credit. Suppose they need to settle with Aeon Credit right.

Yes. They also keep asking what card is that. Then ask can use or not.
Then I suppose once it approved after I key in my pin means can be use already.

Not sure your case is the same? Now they auto convert to MYR instead of RMB if I using App to make payment, but in web it will charge in RMB.

The color is nice and the icon in the transactions is much better in this version.
