yo, i also submit my request to big pay. I did ask them in twitter, they need some time to process. so soon or later they will freeze your card. I submit around 8am today (22/10) nothing change yet.

No, u need to withdraw from ATM which charge RM 6 per transaction. then deposit your money via CDM back to your bank account.
