Mine is gone too and i tried to chat with the cs and that dude was very helpful. He told that he can manually help to to upgrade for free and he thought it will be better to do the upgrade after the holiday seasons.

Yes, i am worry about that too. That dude confirmed with me that i will be assigned a brand new card number along with new expiry date and the existing card will not be usable once the the request is placed. So you might want to plan your upgrade accordingly.

Shanghai, I realise union pay is the worst in terms of exchange rate. On the first day, I tried with a union pay card and the exchange rate was close to 0.64.

Shanghai. The acceptance rate is quite high. Just not sure why the same terminal accepts my Maybank MasterCard but failed to process my bigpay.

Haha me too, noticed it like 2 days ago, couldn't be bothered at all. In fact prefer they remove as I always worried I accidently click the upgrade banner

Not upgrading until they manage to retain the same card number and no need to replace card (or at least don't deactivate current card until we activate new card)

Yes, the new card no. turns me down and that's the reason I'm still hesitating after months.

First time succeed in making a payment in a physical shop

Went to McD and inserted the card to the automated machine, thankfully it worked

Physical shop I tried a few times already. All good (fortunately).

There appears to be an https://acs7.yalamanchili.in/mdpayacs/pareq gateway being used for OTP.

Tried using wrong CVV2 for online transaction and it failed even with OTP. When correct CVV2 is used, successful. So BP or the payment gateway above is validating CVV2.

May I know which standard charted card can get cash rebate for online transaction?

Last month we have the promo that any 2 new referral, the current/old Bigpay user able to switch to the new master wave card.

I have successfully referral 2 new users to bigpay, i saw the invitation to convert the card, however from this week the option to convert has been disappear.

Is there a grace period to enable to switching to masterwave?
