Let’s say if I reload via my credit card, then I’ll go to the Atm to withdrawal as per normal Atm usage. The max withdrawal is rm1500 per transaction and for that I’ll be charged at rm6?

I’ve made a puchase on Lazada, but unfortunately, it was refunded by them for more than 7 working days.

On bigpay app, it says settled and no signs of any refund. While Lazada claimed that it has been refunded. Anyone experience such an issue?

Tried paying in ace hardware, but didn’t went through. Tried waving and also pin. After I came home only saw that there’s a reversal.

It’s not the terminal as my Maybank Visa card went through right away.

I’ve been using BigPay in China. So happy that I’ve found this card.

Maybank visa/master rate rm0.623
While big pay most of the settled transactions is at rm0.603.

However, some of the terminals just won’t work with bigpay while Maybank master card would work.

Shanghai, I realise union pay is the worst in terms of exchange rate. On the first day, I tried with a union pay card and the exchange rate was close to 0.64.

Shanghai. The acceptance rate is quite high. Just not sure why the same terminal accepts my Maybank MasterCard but failed to process my bigpay.

Today I bought a ticket online using bigpay, during checkout, it got declined. However, when I check the big pay app, it says pending with the money deducted.

Do I have to contact bigpay?
