the fund received was from item selling in Diablo 4, can we simply choose 1 of the source of fund and proceed withdrawal ?

Wise is international company with revenue more than 800 milliion pound. BigPay is a local crap company owns by AirAsia who can't even get reloading credit reflect immediately at times. Of course Wise more competent

And yeah, i got blocked before but unrelated to CC. It's their platform, so it's up to them to do as they please to protect both you and their interest even if you don't need such protection.
