There is popup msg from the BigPay app to remind you. Just follow the steps.

Paying airasia flight using bigpay mastercard gives you 20% off for the value package or rm2 off on your food/baggage but using bigpay visa gives you nothing?

Just now I tried to buy aa ticket using other card and redeem points
It does not allow me to redeem point if not use bigpay
Tried 6 times also failed
Once not redeem point immediate payment go thru
Aa scuks now

Turns out not only u get RM2 off each for food & baggage,

The base price for baggage also different.

KL-KCH 20kg costs RM47/48 on normal card, big u saved bigpay mastercard as preferred, the base price change to RM34. Same goes to food price at RM11.66 instead of RM12.72 using normal card.

Hopefully airasia soon include their bigpay visa card able to enjoy this special price.

All this while i though after they have abolished the RM4 processing fee, there’s nothing special using bigpay, turns out still got some perks!

I used my friend's referral code and sign up for Bigpay. He received the referral bonus already but I didn't. I have activated the card successfully, topped up and even spent money just now. Still nothing.

Instead I see RM20 in cashback rewards valid till 17 May...

That's right. He gets money, you get money-equivalent reward, i.e. not money.

Hi, guys. Any Steam + BigPay user here?

I've been experiencing with the payment issue when trying to purchase something off of Steam using BigPay. First encounter was in early April 2022. Never had such problem prior to this.

Anyone facing similar issue to mine?

Is there a limit on Duitnow Transfer amount?

I tried to DUITNOW Transfer(mobile) rm200 just now. After enter all the details n clicked SEND, the otp screen appeared n then i was logout of BP b4 i received the otp sms. Log into BP n got the msg UNABLE TO COMPLETE DUITNOW TRANSFER ATM PLEASE TRY LATER. Repeated 4x but all failed. Balance stays but there r 4 transfer transaction. Any idea what is going on?

Hitting the same issue as well. Guessing something must have changed with their business rules.

Tried with 2nd account and cant even go to DUITNOW TRANSFER, got the OOPS! SOMETHING WENT WRONG. Later tried it and worked with DN-ic#.
Go to the 1st BP account and tried with DN-ic# instead of DN-mobile and it works.
Tried with the 3rd account and again also cant go to DUITNOW TRANSFER, got the OOPS! SOMETHING WENT WRONG.
This BP+DN seems problematic with DN. , did u all faced the same problem?
