QUOTE(LuckyBai @ Apr 10 2022, 12:34 AM) do you know bigpay is now supported with the duitnow transfer and duitnow QR?? Check it out on the app Yes, duitnow just activated. So we got account number too. Means we can receive instant funds from other banks. But I can't find BigPay in the bank list if I want to transfer via M2U. Only way to receive funds is to link our duitnow ID to bigpay. This is different than TnG ewallet, whereby we can receive funds without linking duitnow ID because "tng ewallet" is available in the bank list in M2U. We can transfer into our TnG ewallet using the ewallet account number. This post has been edited by AppleChaz: Apr 10 2022, 08:23 AM |

QUOTE(AppleChaz @ Apr 10 2022, 08:22 AM) Yes, duitnow just activated. That is correct... If your duitnow ID is linked to a bank, you would need go reassign it to bigpay eg. Mobile number linked to a bank assign to bigpay.. So all future transfers will be crediting to your bigpaySo we got account number too. Means we can receive instant funds from other banks. QUOTE(Tronoh @ Apr 10 2022, 10:52 PM) I withdrew and send to my duitnow on Friday night. Compared to previous withdrawal, it's instant (no need to wait till Monday) and no rm0.50 fee. yes finally can avoid 7e reload fee since i dont have bank accountLink bigpay to your duitnow ID, topup TnG Ewallet at 7e, then transfer with duitnow using your mobile phone number The only problem i have with bigpay is at the time of registration it shorten my part of my name which is shown on duitnow transfer, it could cause confusion This post has been edited by Doraku: Apr 11 2022, 05:27 AM |

Does BigPay support 'hybrid' Duit Now QR as in I can choose to scan merchant's QR and also let merchant scan my QR instead?
Big merchants usually scan customers' QR. Customers scanning merchant's QR are usually for those small establishments. I noticed in BigPay app can show my own DuitNow QR (possibly for merchant to scan me when I pay) but the QR is the same everytime (unlike say Boost's QR that changes everytime). QUOTE(spyrr @ Apr 13 2022, 12:10 PM) Then it defeats the purpose of so called unifying QR Means if I go to Watsons want to use the DuitNow QR function in BigPay app to pay also cannot. Because Watsons scans customers instead of customers scanning them. Still need to whip out the BP card to pay by wave/ PIN. |

QUOTE(svchia78 @ Apr 13 2022, 12:30 PM) Then it defeats the purpose of so called unifying QR Yeah, as of now that's how it is. Means if I go to Watsons want to use the DuitNow QR function in BigPay app to pay also cannot. Because Watsons scans customers instead of customers scanning them. Still need to whip out the BP card to pay by wave/ PIN. BigPay can come out with their own QR for merchants to scan, just like other eWallets. Or Watsons can display their DuitNow QR for customer to scan (which probably not going to happen). This post has been edited by spyrr: Apr 13 2022, 12:46 PM |
