It's been a crazy, amazing year. Lots of ups, a few storms to weather - but honestly, what a journey. As an employee, I can confidently say it's been the most interesting year of my life from a professional perspective. I come from a banking consultancy background and I was really disgusted with some of the things and practices I saw. BigPay (and cryptocurrencies to some extent) has reignited my belief that financial services, if done right, can be extremely empowering.

We'll be sending an anniversary email, but we're also releasing a new version of the app early next week From a design perspective, it's a proper upgrade. Let me know your thoughts once you have it.

February / March will be packed with announcements, so stay tuned for that!

always pay in their local currency and not in MYR for foreign transaction. For sites like airbnb, no point using bigpay cos airbnb already forced to use DCC to MYR and there's a built in 3% buffer charge.

Oh one year ago I wasnt using BigPay, but my existing credit card is also 6 digit pin, so no problem entering 6 digits.

Atm withdraw at Iceland KEF airport, atm charge 260 isk.

BTW, cash is really unnecessary in Iceland.

Mostly 6 digit. Only face 4-digit at Orkan petrol station. to solve that problem, we bought prepaid card from Orkan to pump petrol

so far only petrol station will require to key in pin, not all accept 6 digit pin, some Orkan accept 6 digit pin.
Mostly N1 accept 6 digit pin.
I do ask Bigpay customer service about using 4 digit pin, but however none of their answer usable.
So once fail to accept, do not try again, because the card will be rejected after some try and unable to use temporary,
but however still able to transfer money through app and normally the card can be use on next day

You can request for BP statement by chatting with the CS in the app.

Was in double charge situation before. Chat with BP in the apps. They refunded mine after a couple of weeks.

I had faced the same problem 3 times in the past.
BP CS would send me a dispute form to fill up and send back. Usually took around 10-14 working days to get back your money.

I have problem with merchant. So I get BP to settle for me when I can prove there have been a mistake of double charging by merchant.
