actually the concept is quite similar to our credit card ecosystem right now.
so future it either the ewallet side would auto forward the payment to the right acquire or with an help of middle man organization (such as Visa/MasterCard and most probably it would be Paynet)

for refund u will still receive, even pre-authorised transaction, it will still able to charge the final amount when the card is frozen.
for p2p transfer i want to know too, whether anyone tried before can share hmm.gif
